Culiseta inornata

The
Aedes vexans on the right is significantly smaller
than the Culiseta inornata
on the left.

Members of the Culiseta inornata species (left) have
a small tuft of hair on the second vein, whereas members of other species,
such as this Aedes vexans (right), do not.

Another distinguishing feature of the Culiseta inornata
is the speckled legs and wings.
