Wind tower data are divided into separate MS EXCEL files by year. Within each file, the data are further divided into quarterly sections (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep and Oct-Dec) on separate sheets. A header at the top of each file provides metadata and unit descriptions for each column.
