Anemone patens
Anemone patens is a(n) perennial herb, which grows 10 to 30 cm in height. This species is commonly found in open praire and rocky soil in MN, ND, MT, SD, IA, NE, WY, CO, from WI to AR, south to IL, MO, NM, and WA. The leaves are basal; palmately 3- to 7- lobed. Anemone patens has white to blue flowers that bloom from April to June.
